"Some albums are labors of love, others works of art. In returning
to the western music which fired the imagination of his youth, Don
McLean has clearly, beautifully, crafted a work of love and a work
of art as well, spanning the spectrum of western music." Ranger

"I am always amazed at new Crabb Family recordings. I think
I know what to expect, but they always seem to come up with something
new and something great. This CD is no exception. There is literally
something for everyone on this album."

"One rightly assumes that this Hemphills CD is a commendable
project with high motivation. Songs aspire to somewhat lofty concepts
of real-life philosophy but have simple basics. This is a Southern
Gospel endeavour that deserves some exposure and praise. It is a
product worth checking out particularly as the Hemphills leave behind
all restraining traps and find ‘sacred balladeering quality’
can meet ‘toe-tapping spirituals’. Perhaps the best
of the Country-Southern-Gospel genre of the USA, this family joyfully
lays it all out on the solid Christian-line with great abandonment
and honesty."

Album Review: "24/7" - These two young artists sound so
good that they are a shoe-in for placing high on the music charts
with this album. Each of them is an excellent singer in his/her
own right, and each of them has a really great voice, but combine
them together and the sound goes from merely "hot" to
"ON FIRE"!! I'm really impressed with the effects they
get by trading the lead back and forth, singing backup for each
other and occasionally harmonizing together. Folks, these two sing
like two halves of the same person, the fit is just as close as
you can get. If you haven't heard them singing together, you are
missing out on a real treat, or as it's called, "real ear candy."
